Prosthetic Perio Surgery

Prosthetic Perio Surgery focuses on periodontal surgery approaches as seen from the perspective of the prosthodontist, both around natural teeth and implants. In the first part of the course, the essential aspects of tissue management (flap design, volume restoration, timing, CTG management, prosthetically-guided soft tissue conditioning, etc.) will be discussed in detail following the key guidelines below:

  • Soft tissue interface management around crowns
  • Pontic development enhancing techniqes and timing
  • Extrusion and pontic management

The second part of the course focuses on peri-implant tissue management
